Many top shops with item list as [Ready Stock] don't actually have any stock. There is no quality control on the platform. Time and money wasted to browse, check out. Weeks later, no item was delivered. Payment took another week to refund. Called their unhelpful support to have them shift the blame on the "system", saying that it's build that way. This is the quality of online shopping, all software managed with no person able to assist the customer. Buying from a real shop would be less painful

The app is becoming convoluted and a little sketchy. A task-based promo pops up where you can earn LazRewards for browsing or clicking on items for several seconds. The prize gets high, and then it disappears before you get the chance to claim it. Then you can no longer find it anywhere. It's weird and frustrating.

I use to order from this store, I stop doing it because it takes a while for them to deliver my orders. Don't install the App, advertising pop-ups will be installed together with the App, it's Annoying. It is best to order your items from Amazon especially for imported items, it is cheaper and that every item will be delivered on time or earlier even if it came from the other side of the world. Please note that theri tracking system is real, not like Lazada which I think is not true, considering that even if the item had already been picked up by the local carrier as indicated, it would still take another 2 weeks for them to deliver, You'll be wondering as to who is informing you correctly. For your added information, you could pay Amazon using the Western Union outlets, that is if you don't have any credit card.

Try Lazada if you want to experience the most useless and incompetent customer service and app ever. They sell fake illegal products, if you contact them customer service will waste an hour of your time and promise you will receive an email with help. No one will ever email you, they are liars and scammers, they just waste your time until you give up. I have contacted customer service so many times, wasted more hours than you can imagine and they never help, they just lie and take your money.

The app works fine. A bit messy UI. There were some system down lately but it's ok. The product pushing algorithm though is extremely annoying. They try to promote to you products you've already bought and products that you don't want (I have reasons - they're fake/ low quality/ no color or size I need etc.) it seems like the algorithm can't learn or just doesn't care.
