The graphics and art are really nice but it's more of a city builder than advertised it to be, like it still has the running with adding strength and soldiers that the main pictures show, but like 90% of the game is just leveling up your base. That got reeeeaaaally boring, especially since I already have another game like this but with a much better put-together guild. Also, idk if it's just my phone, but it seems to lag sometimes, too. Some of the menu interfaces were tiring to navigate too

So I'm editing my review!! the game play and everything is wonderful, graphics all of that is 4* to 5*. The reason for 1* which would be lower if I could. I have had an issue with my account that it got frozen so I did everything customer service told me to do to unfreeze it and now it's been almost 2 days and they still refuse to respond back to me to unlock it!! They responded quickly to get their money back but won't respond to unlock my account like they promised!! worst customer service evr

I have never wrote a neg. review. Played for a couple of weeks and had several bugs. Contacted costumer service for help many times only to recieve a late response days later and never fixing the issue. And yes when they say " please contact our team and we will work with you", its a sham. And when over half the players in the game experienced significant power loss due to a bug in the game they expect you to play normally. Never got compensated nor a response from their team.

Enjoyed the game until I had a payment issue. I never received a purchased pack, so I requested and received a refund through Google just before the 48 hour deadline. COE locked my account for a "malicious refund" and said they would unlock it if I refunded the .99. They said I received the pack, but I had checked my inboxes multiple times and never saw it. I asked for a screenshot of the collection email from my account and said I would reimburse them if I could get a screenshot, but they won't provide it or let me check the account. Don't waste your time and money because if there is an issue, you will get screwed. Good thing I found this out early.

Fun! At first. :'+( Be warned- This is a "Pay to Win" game. The more I play the less I like. At the moment I am level 27, I attempting to get my Castle to Level 30. I am tired of losing to other players credit cards instead of their skills. They should also have a series of tutorial videos for the game play. The UI needs work. Also-Beware of trolls. Even if you block them, they have ways of sneaking back into your life. I am sorry I ever started this game. It could have been better.

Just not a good game any longer and nothing happening to make it fairer between all players. Cross server war is way too long, rss requirements for upgrades and research are way out of line, and unless you can afford to buy overpriced packs, you'll never have enough power to stand up to those that have bought theirs. It's Absolutely ridiculous that dead servers aren't being merged. On a good note, you get to meet and chat with some wonderful people from around the world.
