I placed an order for two pairs of spectacles on 09.10.2025, with next-day delivery promised for Pune. It has now been five days, and my order has still not arrived. The app's functionality is extremely poor. The tracking order section is broken and shows an "invalid URL" error. The only parts of the app that work are the glasses and payment interfaces. This is a very frustrating experience. Please provide a working tracking number and a firm update on my delivery status.

Very poor experience. They are supposed to call for power validation but they only call early in the morning and if you miss that morning call, there is no callback number either. Basically, delivery time gets elongated everyday that this call isn't made (by them, not you). Had to cancel 7 days after placing an order 😞 Terrible experience

They are just scamming. I have purchased the gold max membership and I thought I will get one pair for free but the thing is that they give one pair of free but it is not actually free as the price of the expensive classes increases in the cheaper one gets free and the amount is like I am paying for both glasses. As I have selected a spectacle which was around 2400 and then I selected the other one which costed 1400. The cheaper one got free and the 2400 rised up to 4000 thousand how could it.

Very poor application; there is no option to reach out to customer care. Simply a bot will respond to requests and nothing useful. At least invest some money into the service and support rather than making customers face difficulties and look for better options than yours. I have purchased 2 specs and was supposed to be delivered by the next day, since it was a store purchase and promised by the sales team, but the next day I received only one spec and no information about the second one, waste

Apps are fine until you do not need a return order, I did return my order as it's not wearable due to 3rd quality lens. but no one is in contact with me to return pickup. Also I have connected through customer service 6 times they just told me it will be picked up within 25-48 hours every time and no saying your order is not eligible for return now.
