Used and trusted by pharmacists, physicians, nurses, advanced practice nurses, dentists, and students as an invaluable referential resource.
Easily access Lexidrug content directly in the app without needing to download databases onto your device. Our mobile packages are designed to support a variety of roles, offering quick access to expert content and capabilities, including:
• In-depth drug databases with detailed dosing support
• Comprehensive monographs with adverse reactions information
• Hundreds of medical calculators
• Interactive drug interactions checker
• Ability to store database content for offline use
New individual users will receive a 14-day free trial to the UpToDate Lexidrug Hospital Pharmacist package. At the end of the free trial, users will automatically be billed a subscription fee of $29.99 per month via their Google Play account for continuing access. To avoid being charged, users must cancel their free trial at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period. Users can manage settings, cancel subscriptions, or turn off auto-renewal anytime during the subscription period via Google Play Subscription Settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Latest update has made search function very slow. Update 5/2025. Each major "upgrade" seems to make search function worse. It seems a company this large should be able to develop a reasonably functional android app. Pathetically slow, despite having database downloaded on device. I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

I've been using Lexi-Comp since 2008. It WAS a wonderful app. Now, I continuously have problems!! The interactions database is a joke. Half the time when I try to use it, it tells me to download data. Guess what? I've already downloaded, redownloaded, and downloaded some more. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app dozens of times. It'll work for a few weeks, then stop again. It's extremely frustrating to spend hundreds of dollars on something and have it fail when it matters most.

everything updates but tressels I compatibility says to download. I try and it refuses every time. I do make sure the app is up to date each time I have issues

Paid for a subscription, but I constantly have to re-download the databases. The IV compatibility database no longer downloads.

after last update, I have a problem about update IV compatability. I lost database and con not download content. I have to reinstall app to download this content. After a few day, i lost this data again and can not download it. (only problem with IV compat data), (7 aug 2025) 6 month later, the problem still exists

No longer allows me to utilize drug interactions - the "Download Now" button is just perpetually there and the app just reloads the same page when you hit the butto. Major loss of functionality for over 2 weeks now.
