I have been using the App for several years, but suddenly it is not working. Tried reinstalling it, but now when I click the Login button, the Login screen is not displayed. Don't know why such a large corporation like LIC doesn't have a proper IT systems and procedures in place to design, test and release an extremely critical customer facing application. Pathetic state of affairs. Very disappointing to say the least.

I was very happy to see that finally someone working to improve LIC website and mobile app. But it is very unfortunate to see that user experience is degrading, day by day. Now login to mobile app is itself a pain and if u get success the most of the features didn't load. Very frustrating experience so far with app.

This is the worst app I've encountered. I've been attempting to log in for my policy renewal over the past couple of weeks. Every time, it shows a network error, preventing me from logging in. I've tried logging in after clearing data and cache, but the same error persists. After reading the app reviews on the Play Store, it's disappointing to find that many users share the same dissatisfaction. It's disheartening that the IT team hasn't resolved this bug despite the prolonged duration.

It's the worst App I have experienced. After Log in again it asks all details as if I am registering. It gives it's Mpin but it's a waste one. Moreover it shows our profile details wrongly. It shows our Phone No wrongly and mail address wrongly and some other details in blank. For 3 days I again and again tried make the premium payment but didn't allow me to pay with silly quotations like I asked some request. After feeding all details it refused debt Card payment. Office staff put a blan face.

Worst app.It is not working properly.It makes me Impatient.I have been trying to log in from the last three days. But when and always, we have a technical problem that is a pop up to message display that is a poor app. it always says that apologies, we're experiencing a technical issue. Try on of the alternative login methods available. then my feelings 😡

one of the worst app in human history. can't login, always server down or technical error, have to log in multiple time, even if try to login the otp receive after 10-15 mint which till then become session expired. always have to pay the premium through agent even the app is available or have to pay late fine. I reviewed it almost one year prior with the same exact problem but seems like developer and lic are not ready to listen to customer reviews and seems they don't value customer. pathetic
