For the most part, I love the app as it gives me peace of mind in knowing where my family is, especially when they are traveling. However, it's not always accurate. My family member can be in one place (verified) but the app will show otherwise (and no their phones were not left behind). There are delays (lagging) in the app, as well. I have the Gold membership, because of the added benefits due to the amount of traveling my family does. Really wish this app would improve its accuracy.

The app overall has been decent. The main problem that I have experienced over the last three weeks has been that the app says that there is no network connection for the parties in my circle. Updated, cleared cache, and uninstalled/installed app multiple times and still does it. The subscription fees are ridiculous if the doesn't work as advertised.

The app was really nice and allowed for good tracking, seeing when the person was walking or driving and the speed...but now they've put the option to be informed if they've arrived or left a place behind a pay wall, along with crash detection. Two VERY important reasons for why I got the app in the first place, so I could see if they got from Point A to Point B safely. They have so many other features that need paying for, those two should NOT be behind a pay wall when the app was made for that

I kind of knew when I was installing this app that I was going to take pretty significant battery hit. but I don't think I realized to what extent. The app itself is good... as long as you are able to keep your phone plugged in all day. it works by pinging GPS servers so obviously it's going to consume a lot of battery. however, almost up to the point of being unusable. it consumes more battery than Facebook and WhatsApp combined which is saying a lot as those are extremely battery heavy apps

Used to be a good app. Lately, the app loses connection with locations. The screen comes up blank. I can not see the location of anyone in my circle. I have to force the app to stop and then go back into the app. It will work a few times, then stop again. Very annoying. So I was asked to contact support, I did. Their solution was basically to log out and log back in. I have to do this several times a week. What a pain. Well, now the app crashes every time it comes up. No longer works on android.

I originally had free, upgraded to subscription, big mistake. If possible, pay yearly, cheaper than monthly, over $40 in savings. However, this app has been terrible since November. I've done everything chat bot says to do. Everything is turned on. I have no driving reports, but I look at my husband & daughters drive and it shows all the drives. Also, my problem started when I upgraded to yearly, not monthly. Nothing works. Please fix or refund money.
