Exceptionally poor localization. My app setting is English but almost everything is in Thai. If something goes wrong, good luck getting help, you're given a million options to choose from in Thai instead of an actual chat. Select the wrong one you get booted. Select the right one, someone only speaking Thai will message you and then close the chat. Also orders are frequently cancelled, 0 stars.

Pointless delivery times estimations. Ordered from a restaurant 30 seconds bike from us. "Out for delivery" for 40 minutes. Eventually turns up 20 minutes later than the 15 minute wide expected delivery time. To miss a 15 minute window by 20 minutes when just 30 seconds away suggests these guys have absolutely zero idea how to run a delivery app. Coupon system is a mess too. Can't recommend this app at all and note despite high average, almost all recent reviews 1 star.

This app has started sending advertising notifications, with no way to turn the advertising related notifications off while keeping delivery notifications on. It's either fully on or off. Not cool. You must give settings to control the type of notifications we see.

In order to use this app, you have to give it permission to spy on your friends and impersonate you to them. If you don't agree to this, you will not be allowed to use the app. From the app: "User info of friends and their interaction data(Required) The display names, ... of Kai, Patrick, Zinhou, and 30 other friends, will be shared... Send messages(Required) Allow this service to send optional messages to your friends and groups as messages from you."

if a rider makes a mis-delivery they will never return you neither order nor money. technical support will ask you to wait 48 hours and tell you that you are wrong and it's not their problem. repeated twice. maybe there was no delivery at all and they just stolen the money.

it requires me to accept the privacy conditions but doesn't allow me to click it. if I try, it navigates to the conditions page, so the app is unusable. tried uninstalling and reinstalling, changed phone settings, everything possible at this end. Still unble to use the app.
