In 2 years of usage, it always showed that the filter health was good. But after 2 years, the filter stopped taking water. I called customer care several times, and even after 6 days of raising the multiple issue, it’s still not resolved. I still don’t understand how the filter can show “healthy” when it doesn’t even work. That means it’s just faking the health status. livepure does not provide service. and they does not return recharged amount as well even it do not work.

I had requested the reinstallation of my Livpure device, and the service was assigned to an engineer name Naveen Rao V. However, despite calling him multiple times, there has been no response or visit. I have also contacted customer care several times, but each time I was informed that a technician would visit soon. Unfortunately, it has been three days, and no one has come yet. This delay and lack of communication are very disappointing. It seems there is no value given to customer time.

worst experience while cancelling the subscription. after lots of follow-up and arguments on customer support they took 1 month and 4 days to pick up the machine and process my refundable deposit, despite at the time of purchase they promised to do the same in 7 to 10 working days. also their monthly subscription is costlier than other products available in the market. I'll never recommend buying a livpure subscription until you are not left with any other choice. I'll give them negative rating.

The support from the team was very poor. They were very active until I made the payment, but after that, they seemed to lose interest. I called the customer service number around 9-10 times, but even after many commitments, they failed to deliver the product within 72 hours. It was a very worst experience, especially since the delivery or installation could have been done..

Extremely disappointing experience. We are just two people at home, both working from the office, yet this purifier shows 30–50 liters of daily usage, which is inaccurate. When I recharge it at night with 10 liters, it shows zero by morning but displays a completely different reading later. The readings are inconsistent, and the system feels misleading. Overall, a very frustrating and unreliable product.

I subscribed to your service over 24 hours ago, but have still not received any update or activation. On top of that, I approached customer care and received no proper response, which has been very disappointing. I even raised a cancellation request, but there has been no acknowledgment or action from your end. This level of service is unacceptable.
