There is no way to rate a broker or agent, these agents put listing of good looking flats but when you go to meet them they will. Say this flat is not available. And will show you different flats. House shoud have a say to rate property and the brokers. Also there should be reporting system to remove wrong listing. I reported a wrong listing but I can still see it on the app.

worst experience. As soon as i even if open the app bychance, i start receiving numerous calls from them. It is so irritating. I have asked them to not call me to ask the same thing. but still they ll keep calling from various nos. and ask the same questions without knowing if the person is free to talk or not edit: though they told me , i wont be receiving any calls henceforth, still i yet receive numerous calls from them unnecessarily even though i have deleted their app. do not ever use this

I tried to pay rent via Credit card and the payment got stuck it 1st tells that the payment will be kept with them for 6 hours because of security purposes but later it shows that the payment is having some issues and the payment is delayed and the amount still got deducted from the cc and there is no help regarding the matter what so ever

Actually it's very bad service, I was forced to take the premium service so that I will be able to view more property for rent than the regular user. So I have opted for premium service, but no use more property were not visible. The property which are able to contact are already rented out and few were fake and More over it's just like a normal user. The customer care was also not responding and telling there are having weekoff. It's better not to take premium.

Disappointing that fraudulent listings are being shown with the highest-tier paid subscription. Verifying a mobile number just via otp does not make someone trustworthy — it only shows how weak and careless the verification process actually is. Basically, through this platform, a customer ends up paying money only to be cheated, harassed, and insulted. We got cheated for Rs.48,000 and now they are just making excuses to hide that the fruadulent was listed on their platform. Total harassment.

I attempted to pay my house rent using the "Pay on Credit" option multiple times, but each time I received an error message saying, "We are currently experiencing issues with our partners." This has been very inconvenient. Please look into the issue and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
