Regret buying, but it was expensive so I'm sort of stuck with it. I did a ton of homework. Bought after a friend recommended. 3 cameras failed, they exchanged 2. I'm still stuck with 1. Less than a year old. Images went pink. App locked out recently. Still can't log in, so cams are useless. I pay for the extra service and it very much not worth it, definitely canceling soon. If your looking, keep looking.

Latest update broke the connectivity! I have latest firmware on my cameras, and updated the app as well. Now my 2 cameras go constantly offline, basically useless. At times, they don't ever get back online. I have done several resets, uninstalling and installed app (with phone reboots between) and nothing helped. Nothing has changed in regards to my home internet, equipment, or wifi. I noticed that when I use the app to access the cameras, it would cause them to go offline as well! Ridiculous.

Changing your WiFi password is a nightmare for Circle cameras. Unlike every other modern WiFi device, Logo Circle can't simply change the wifi password through their app. Instead you have to reset the camera and reinstall. Not fun when that means getting out the ladder and hitting all the corners of the house, clicking the reset button manually, and hoping things pair up (they don't always).

While I doubt any new features will be implemented for older devices, a nice option/feature would be to enable alerts/events triggered by detected sounds/noises - useful for monitoring pets (barking). Would also be nice to allow for local network storage/server options.

I've had this for a couple years subscribing during the summer to keep an eye on hobos. Really haven't had any problems until I had to change my email login. Now I can't login or add cameras after multiple installs, password changes, email changes and other assorted troubleshooting.. It just keeps telling me I'm wrong yet I can login with PC. So far support has been useless. EDIT Finally getting some help from support and they appear to be focusing on the app's login portal. Time will tell.

Finally an update almost 2 years later. Didn't seem to help with the issues I've been having this past year. Keeps going offline every few minutes. Lags like crazy and struggles to load recordings *So since I can only use 500 letters for a review. I've had to delete all my other ones. not like the creators of this app read any of the reviews anyways. I don't know why I'm still using this product but I am.
