Avoid at all costs. The app, when it wants to work, isn't much different from all the others like it. But this one repeatedly fails to open, force stop/clear cache, etc doesn't resolve. You tap the app icon and the app opening motion happens but then immediately it closes. Widget almost NEVER works. Have to press tap to run more than once every time, without fail. I wish I'd known - I would have bought a device that uses any other app

Very Poor App. The lights are cool, but the app is garbage. It fails to load, isn't user-friendly in its layout, and lags horribly. Most of the time, it fails to even display ANY devices that I have. It's updated, and my signal is strong. Tha app is just cheap, Chinese junk. Until they make it better... AVOID.

Just installed outdoor strip lights. The lights work great. I don't know if these guys have even tried using their own app. Setting each light is neat, however there is no way to save that pattern. That basic function would make this a 5 star app. I don't want to manually set 200 individual lights one at a time each time I turn them on. All of the "scenes" involve motion or flashing. I just want a static scene, and be able to save and recall it.

I absolutely loved these lights and they worked for a year with no issues. recently they started to flicker on and off randomly and they stopped being responsive in the app. I've tried everything. Sometimes they can be reconnected for a brief time without issue so long as I dont change any settings but then it acts up again. if this doesnt resolve we will be replacing all the lights with a different brand that cares about making their devices functional with the app.

Have two Lumary smart outlets. This app is atrocious. No matter how much help I get scheduling doesn't seem to work well. It doesn't acknowledge the correct day nor turn on/ off on scheduled days. It does turn on/off at the appropriate time. Of all the Apps I use this one is terrible. It makes their products ( which I like) undesirable.

I mostly like the permanent outdoor lights. Mine are from last year and are not the pro/max models I now see in their site. I like that they have a dedicated warm white LED and are less $$$ than that other brand which starts with a g. 😉 I do wish the controller and/or app was more advanced. I've already replaced the controller. Still when I edit an effect like the speed or brightness and save, it still acts like default. 😟
