I don't really understand why this app exists. I downloaded it before going to Main Event while I'm on vacation. Signed up for an account, it took me back to the main page and it wanted me to sign into the account I just created, but said my email or password was incorrect. Eventually got it to work. After surfing the app, it doesn't give any info on anything really, you can't buy game cards? So it's pretty much just full of generic stock photos of people that look like they're having fun.

This app is pretty terrible to use. Buttons all over the place that either do nothing or require you to tap several times. The day picker is set to several months back. Incorrect billing calculations when checking out. After checkout an incorrect confirmation message (said we booked 4hrs of bowling instead of 1). Have to enter billing address multiple times. Make sure you have everyone's shoe sizes when booking a lane bc if you switch away from the app even for a second you have to start over.

This is crapware. Sign-up issues were frustrating. I work in IT so I'm used to things not working like they should but this app was ridiculously trifling. Also, it's basically a brochure app. It has very little functionality. Can't order food from the app but you can see the full menu - which you can't do at the actual location near me - IRL store menu lists a bunch of deep fried stuff & reheated frozen pizzas & that's it. I tried to set up an event in the future, and the app crashes.

It's a nightmare, takes forever to load, reservation flow breaks in the middle, forcing you to restart, but the slot you picked earlier is no longer available, does eventually show up as available after several hours or next day. Have to enter all the names over and over again for each. You HAVE to store a credit card in the app before you can make a reservation, does not allow to enter CC during reservation, one time purchase. The itinerary section stays empty does not show your reservations...

The reason we downloaded the app was for having all our cards in 1 place. Balances all say 0 which is not the case when we go to Main Event. Also the red circle just spins and spins so can't add a new card. It's really a worthless app at this point. When in the In Center View should be able to see the current bowling wait time is and where we are on the waitlist. Should be able to view ALL activities wait times. It really is a worthless app.

Worked for a month. Now it won't update my card balance and won't let me reload my card. Useless app. The customer service at the location I went to couldn't figure out the problem. I thought maybe it needed updating so I looked in the playstore for the update. No updates available. It's supposed to give you double credits for the first time you load your card with the app but the load card button in the app just shows a loading circle forever. I've tried using data and wifi.
