The app is good. Available stock and offers are also very good. But the problem is with delivery of orders. Timely delivery can never be guaranteed. On top of that orders get delayed and auto cancelled on their own. There is no option to cancel orders and customer service is pathetic. Never make the mistake of buying products from this app.

No proper support I placed an order. However, it's still not delivered even after the delivery date. The biggest disappointment is that there's no proper way to contact support_only a chatbot is available, which doesn't resolve issues. There's no contact number or email id to reach the team directly. Please provide better customer support options for users.

No Proper Support I placed an order and the delivery was scheduled for October 10th, 4 PM. However, it's still not delivered even after the promised time. The most disappointing part is that there’s no proper way to contact support — only a chatbot is available, which doesn’t resolve real issues. There’s no contact number or email ID to reach the team directly. Please provide better customer support options for users to connect when issues arise.

At first order it was good experience and I received gifts with coupons applied.. but on my second order I did not receive the freebie even after shopping more than the offer needs to be applied but it is showing I used my coupon when I didn't receive my gift... Fix this problem kindly... The contact us or chat with us features are complete waste

my order should have been arrived on 25th September but it's been 2 weeks and more and it's still not arrived, there is no customer service to talk on call and I can't even cancel my order. there no approach to the proper agent to explain our issues. please deliver the products or cancel and refund my money. really disappointed by the purplle app. main this is that there is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!

worst app, I had ordered on 12 oct 2025, app earlier showed delivery will be next day, next day I received update that delivery will be delayed and will be delivered after 2 days, after two days again got delayed, keeps happening. There's no clear update on the app, no customer support or any option of raising a ticket. Worst Customer support and delivery service.
