Quick and easy to find things and order. Excellent quality. Love shopping here. Now with lots more petite sizing too. It's great that you can order and collect very quickly and with free delivery to the store. It will be great when we can order and return to the store again but still with the same amazing service.

App was, on the whole, easy to use. The only thing that lets it down is finding out the delivery options/pricing before checking out. You either have to go back to the FAQ's or choose a delivery option at the checkout & hope it is the cheapest way of getting the items you order (literally the last stage before adding payment card details). It would be useful to have basic delivery charges details at the top of the goods pages.

Using the app is easy and a pleasure. I do have another issue though and that is to do with the photographs of the clothing items for sale, particularly tops. If I'm buying online I'd like to know the length of a top. Does it stop at the waist or hang much further, will it cover my bottom or not. Tops/ blouses are frequently shown with the model in a sitting pose or with the item tucked in. This might look more interesting or stylish but doesn't give me enough information about the item.

'Unavailable' not shown until checkout. The app allowed me to place unavailable items into the basket. I selected items by size and colour and assumed everything was OK. I continued to shop and to add further items. Then at payment a message popped up saying items were not available and to remove them to continue! I did and ended up with an empty basket. Twice. An hour of browsing and selecting items wasted. I don't want to wait until checkout to find out that items are sold out or unavailable!

My first time using click and collect and it went very smoothly. Thank you for taking your time and being quick and very efficient. Just added the app to my phone again. I deleted it in the past as the clothes seemed very drab, however they seemed to have come alive again in colour and style. The cost isn't to high either so there's something for everyone. Big granny pants or a frilly dressing gown. It's the big granny pants for me, they keep my bum warm. Give Marks a wee chance.

Shopping at Sparks is always easy to navigate and simple to use. The products are of quality. There is a price difference compared to others but you do get what you pay for. Availability is high, I am not waiting for restocking. There are pictures, descriptions, reviews (thank you previous customers) and options for quantity. The check out is easy to use. Options for delivery/collections. choice of dates. And Options for payment. Notified quickly of ordered. I have ordered before and will again.
