As a consultant I am devastated to say this ap should be discontinued. It doesn't do the product justice nor the many wonderful faces we serve. Colors not close some dont even show up. Storage can change colors drastically. Touch control slow. Beautiful eyelashes and instant pricing is great. The idea as a whole is fantastic . PLEASE PLEASE dear customers take a mere hour and meet with your consultant or at least ask for samples. I have a pixel android phone. Which is one of the best cameras.

I have absolutely no clue if this app is any good (I would have to assume it is because Mary Kay created it) since it will not load. I keep getting the error message, "Mirror Me unexpectedly quit. Would you like to send an anonymous report so we can fix the problem?" But if t won't let me send the a report. I was really looking forward to this app.

Funny looking at first... Until I figured out how to use it. Could use some better movements as far as the jumping back and forth from original face to made over face. I use Mary Kay make up myself as a consultant and I chose some of the makeup that I actually use, for my makeover, let's just say I look way better in it than the app shows. Lol! So be very open-minded while using it. Did make my eyebrows look better. Needs some work but useful non the less. Option to share isn't available...

It's been months and I'm still unable to upload or take a picture without the app crashing. When will there be a fix for Androids? Update Nov. 11. I've updated the app. Opened it/closed it. It still will not take a new picture or upload a picture from my device. I would appreciate you checking it again.

I discovered when having problems with shutting down, it's best to uninstall and delete from saved previous apps. updates didn't save on my Android. App works great now that I reinstalled.

App keeps crashing immediately after opening it. Uninstalled and reinstalled app a couple of times. Same issue. Loved using the app prior to this issue. Please resolve. As of 02/08/2024, the app on my Android phone still crashes when trying to upload a photo and when using the live camera. Please resolve. Thank you.
