A pilgrimage to Holy shrine of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji is considered to be one of the holiest pilgrimages of our times. Popular in the world as Moonh Maangi Muradein Poori Karne Wali Mata, which means, the Mother who fulfils whatever her children wish for, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji resides in a holy cave located in the folds of the three peaked mountain, named Trikuta (Pronounced as Trikoot). The holy Cave attracts millions of devotees every year. In fact, the number of Yatris Visiting the Holy Shrine annually now exceeds one crore. This is due to the unflinching faith of the devotees who throng the Shrine from all parts of India and abroad.
The Holy Cave of the mother is situated at an altitude of 5200 ft. The Yatris have to undertake a trek of nearly 12 Km from base camp at Katra. At the culmination of their pilgrimage, the yatris are blessed with the darshans of the Mother Goddess inside the Sanctum Sanctorum - The Holy Cave. These darshans are in the shape of three natural rock formation called the Pindies. There are no statues or idols inside the cave.
Darshans are open round the clock throughout the Day.
Since the year 1986, when the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board (commonly called Shrine Board) was formed, the management of the Shrine and regulation of the Yatra has been vested in the Board. The Board has undertaken a number of developmental activities aimed at making the Yatra comfortable and satisfying experience for the Yatris. The Board continues to reinvest in the offerings and donations received in carrying our improvements in various kinds of Yatri Facilities.

I'm trying to download yatra parchi but not getting any ways to that. I recieved the e-mail and sms with transaction ID but still not able to download. everytime I try, it prompts login window and it's in infinite loop. Clicking on my booking and showing login window again and again. I don't understand how this kind of code deployed on the production.

Hello, I am experiencing a glitch in your app. Whenever I try to open it, I receive a message stating that the app is currently not connected to the internet and to check my connection. I have tried both my mobile internet and Wi-Fi, but the same issue persists. This problem is recurring and the app is not opening properly. OTP is not being sent by them for verification despite confirmation that it has been sent on mobile and email. 20.10.20. They send OTP by email hours after the request by that time, the OTP is already expired. Why release an app if you do not want it to be used. Operations especially IT team needs to be strengthened. Forced to uninstall.

App is very good. even new website is also awesome. just want to give a suggestion from my side. There should be an option to save family member’s names and id card details in account, which can be used while booking on app or on web. It would make the process alott more easier. Thank you. Site is encrypted with lot of securities which are not essential. As an example, back button is not allowed, prompting for password again and again. This is a lot of hassle while using this app(more than banking app which are less secred than this app). Please see if we can do something for this issue

Worst app ever... useless app... booked battery car 1 month prior and they said slot cancelled just 1 hr before travel without any reason...all persons at ticket counter are also very rude and just tell us spend money and take horses... absolutely no use of this app...No refund has been initiated after trip cancel and no reply of mail... This is a fraud app...
