Old Fashioned Subscription System I have never done Match before, so I wanted to check it out, at the Bronze level. After realizing Bronze basically doesn't provide any benefits, I thought I'd upgrade to the next level, but it won't let me! I logged onto the actual site and everything! Such and OLD & ANTIQUATED way of preventing new members to upgrade! It's frustrating, since I signed up for 3 months, with a pointless package!!!!

They don't follow your preferences; not even when marked deal breakers. They send tons of likes from all out of your area making you think that there are lots of people near you; then when you pay, you discover there are very few profiles nearby. I regret putting out the money for their apps and they seem to be buying up more of them! Be aware.

Figured I try this app out. Made an account and started filling out my profile, and was almost immediately banned. I uploaded a couple pictures and then it signed me out. Got a notification my "account has been blocked." Never interacted with anyone and barely used the app. Not sure what their criteria is, but I saw after a quick search online that this is a common occurrence. Kinda wild.

The app has stopped working today conveniently right before my paid month is up. Definitely won't be renewing. Horrible money sucking app with barely any profiles that match what I'm looking for. They keep your most ideal matches away from you unless you pay additional on top of the premium. People can have a profile for free but they can't use the messaging feature so you are taunted with these profiles and contact them but they'll never see your message. Look for another app.

This dating site is not what it used to be, even scammers can get on without being verified??? How the heck is that? Match still sends you profiles that don't align with your preferences, uses trick word tactics to get you into these contracts and when you ask for refund you are stuck!!! No one emails you back right away not even a phone call? Very quick to take money but can't refund. I'm highly disappointed with my experience and after my membership, I will NOT return.

Don't do it! There is 0 customer support. I had my account deleted for suspicious activity while I was making some updates my profile. 🤣 I received an email saying I could create a new account if I replied to the email. I did this over 2 months ago and still haven't heard back from them. There's no phone number so you must rely on email. I've responded several times with no response. there are tons of complaints for the same issue. Use FB dating to get away from the Match group apps.
