Honestly, I don't have any problems with the actual gameplay. It's a lovely nostalgia game. The only reason I dropped a star is the sound. There's a sound option once you enter a match, but it's ACTUALLY a music option. It turns off the music, but the sound of troops and turrets still goes. Which is a problem for me as I can't hear my YT video playing on the mini-player with these sounds blasting out.

play store achievements take up the screen and impact gameplay. you can't swipe them away and after selling a turret, I couldn't buy another until the stupid achievement notification went away! lost my game because of it

it's too difficult. every time I get near the enemy base in future age tanks keep spawning and the enemy turrets keep killing my units. how is this game even possible.

I played this when it was a browser game back in the day. They've brought it back as a mobile game and it works brilliantly in this format. You can play with no paying and no ads. It's pretty simple gameplay but becomes challenging in harder difficulties and generals mode. Completing achievements kept me entertained for a good while, and there's only one I couldn't eventually get without paying for hacked mode. So glad they've given us the original music, too!

In-App purchase doesn't show, I bought the generals mode and it says I already own it yet it's staying locked.

I remember this masterpiece since it was introduced as a Flash-based game at MaxGames website. And now, after such many years over, I'm still having joy of replaying it. This game becomes more than just a casual one. If someone wants to argue this, then try to complete 'impossible' without using spells 😁
