Used this app only a handful of times now, and the last few times we've received our order, there's been either incorrect items or items missing, and the food has been cold. There doesn't seem to be any real function to report missing items or even receive a refund for them. Tried talking to the bot, but it asked me to upload a receipt, only for the upload button to do nothing. Eventually, after a lot of messing about, it appears to just direct you to write to Customer Service. Poor...!

absolutely pointless! its the worst app I've come across. constantly crashing, I get the message " item not available" nearly every order, but when I then go in, the same food is available 🤷‍♀️ cant find where to play monopoly. sometimes if youre lucky it pops up on the homescreen, most times its just not there. today for example, advert for 99p delivery. no one on their right mind would have delivery from there! the drivers are disgusting in most restaurants

Crashes every time I launch it but then always works when launching a second time. Plus I have had numerous problems placing an order and then arriving at the drive-thru, and then the app tells me the items on my order are not available so then I have to go in and place the order manually for which I do not get any points. Come on McDonalds... with your deep pockets you could do better.

The app has got steadily more unreliable, to the point it's now unusable and I just don't bother with mcdonalds at all. I've lost count of the number of times I've had to delete all the app data and start again and quite often that doesn't fix it. It used to give generic errors about items checked out but not actually say what, now it seems to just clear your order entirely. I've sat for 3 minutes waiting for it to process the payment and finally give up.

Hopeless, useless, stupid, pointless waste of time. Navigation buttons do not work and it loses your order every time you go from one section to another. Then just when you find a way to circumvent these issues, the app freezes and loses your order. The issue is the same on my wife's iphone so it isn't just Android. It's like they don't want you to order. Been like this for months too.
