The app has suddenly decided that the closest location will no longer be the location of my order. Despite me standing in front or inside my preferred location, my order was still sent to a location the app marked as 1km away. The app also does not allow any refunds or cancellations of orders. 3 times I've had to walk 1km to the wrong location, and I end up complaining everything is cold, so they have to remake it. I suggest McDonald's reviews if no cancellations is still the best option.

Tried redeeming my free meal (burger) with points twice and got nothing. First time, scanned and confirmed, but no ticket came out; when I retried, the machine said “not available.” Happened again—points deducted but no food. This app is a scam. Don’t waste your time or money. Other people experience this, so I have to do this kind of view.

Very poorly designed and executed. The user is near constantly bombarded about accepting or rejecting cookies. The app should remember the user's selection - that's the point of cookies. Navigating back to the menu after viewing an item is a real pain. The app lets you order "McDelivery" but does not let you order for pickup. The user should be able to place an order for pickup at the restaurant of their choice, specify whether they want to pick up at the counter or the drive-thru, and pay.

I'd give it 0 stars if it was possible. This is not an issue of McDonald's itself but the app. I got the app, wanted to get my free burger, but due to technical issues (on their side) I couldn't claim it. Got an email back after I contacted them, so they basically said that they can't help me out with a meal. If this is how it starts, I do not wish anyone to face the issues that's ahead later on. Sure it was for free, but it seems more like a scam if you ask me. Good luck to whoever reads this.

Extremely slow and unintuitive. Old app wasn't broken. Why the need to change it? Oh because you have some arbitrary KPIs to fulfill? Takes like an hour, to load the deliveries. Might I add the delivery portion is coded so bad, it doesn't even tell you how much a different drink or an add-on will cost you, whereas if you choose order for dine in, it'll show the prices for each add-ons.

The app was "available for my device" for about a few months. It's not letting me use the app, and constantly displays the message "This app is unavailable for your device." This also happened with my previous phone, only being available for a few months after installation. Yes, I tried reinstalling, it still says the same thing.
