Aayu app is the good app. For some time, there is Miss Understanding that happened to me, but to be honestly, this app is useful. Especially in the time of Covid. Hindi and English and perhaps other languages are also available. Great app. All experienced doctors are available here. Whose treatment is also accurate. The services of this application are also quite good. For any problem, you can call their customer number and take help.

My Experience wasn't great. I had tried making a call with a doc and inspite of making the payment it kept on asking for payment time and again. When I connected to the helpline they said there is some problem with the application and money refund will take 6-7 working days. Google should take a note of it. Money is deducted yet no consult from.doc or info from app.

I have been using Aayu App for the past 2 years and they have never disappointed. I use it for econsults for my family, and the response from the doctors is great. I don’t have to book an appointment which helps when I need urgent consult. I order medicine from the app itself and the medical store delivers it to my house. All in all I don’t have to worry too much anymore.

There are really less apps that provide a good doctor experience. My mother was suffering from extreme pain and couldn't take her to hospital but this app solved my problem. I have set reminders for her follow ups, digitized her records, thanks for making my life simple as I can easily handle the problems sitting in a different city.

It's one of most issue is to talk with doctor, even I have any issue regards to tablets which are not available in market as written in prescription, I have to take follow up process. and you gives only one follow up, after you have to pay again. and after taking medicine, some side effects are arise. I want to call the doctor but there is no kind of support from app. a helpline is given but call disconnect automatically when I called. then what is benifits are here. I am very disappointed.

Pathetic application. They just promote themselves and not helping at all after doctor's call. They just push you for membership. I called to support team and the executive was very rude on call. Worst app not recommended for any consultation. After paying the consultation fee they forget me. I am regretting why I took consultation with aayu as they are just making money and not helping.
