My experience overall it's a mess! Delayed delivery up to 3 hours! that's if the order arrived, I made an order yesterday and I still didn't receive it til now and they didn't even bother to contact me! you can't change your phone number, customer services take so long to reply on a simple issue! Good app idea, but bad management and poor customer services.

The app was good, but with the recent update it's gotten bad, and useless. If you want to make an order that's not covered by insurance, you get to choose from only like 2 pharmacies close to you that will deliver to your location. And the worst part is the app tells you they won't be held responsible if anything goes wrong with the order amd that the pharmacies can refuse the order. What a joke. I could just call the pharmacy and it would be easier. Also no more offers, so no more savings.

Sorry,but this is the worst app ever. Service is terrible, orders are always very late, never placed an order and received it the same day. It always arrives the following day. The app only offers the option to pay in cash, no cards available, it's very user-unfriendly, and it's hard to get in touch with someone. If you miss a call, god-forbid, you can't call back. You can't contact the pharmacy or track your order. I'm forced to use it coz it has an exclusive deal with Metlife. Act better,guys.

This is the worst app ever, as it delivers absolutely the opposite of its purpose. It should be helping people to find their needed medications in faster & more convenient way yet it failed each and every time I tried it. The option for the fast track delivery (which is 3 hrs by the way) would charge U almost double the delivery fees and yet they fail to deliver it on time. For 2 times in a row I canceled my order after spending 6 hours of following up on whether the order is sent to pharmacy?!

Worst customer experience. When uploading an image for a prescription, the image is always blurry.. i tried using the camera directly or uploading from gallery and it is all the same Although it is an online app, they need to call me a thousand times to confirm the order or to ask for more details and once they can't reach me the order is canceled immediately and I have to go through the whole process again (chat feature is a must). I have more canceled orders than delivered ones.. uninstalling

This is like the worst user friendly app ever, in my life I have never dealt with an app dealing with patients where I can't reach customer service and they cancelled my order cause they decided to reach out to me in a different timing than the one shown in the app, and when I couldn't pick up they cancel and they just say sorry we can't reach you. SO I have to re-order my meds all over again scheduled for another day. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I demand a complaint and someone call me immediately!!
