The app is described as "free" on its website. However, it's only possible to track two medications without a subscription, which is only revealed once you've created an account. This type of "subscribe to unlock basic functionality" model is incredibly frustrating. Subscriptions should be for additional functionality that actually uses resources (like cloud storage), not for basic functionality. I would happily pay for the app, but to expect a monthly payment is too much. Disappointing.

I have been using this app for years and loved it! However you recently introduced a premium subscription and all of the features that used to be included for free (custom sounds, theme colors, etc ) I'm now being asked to pay for ($5/mth or $40/yr)! That is not right!! Your long time users should have been grandfathered in and not had features that were being in use taken away and then being asked to pay for them. I'm extremely disappointed!!

I used this app for years until the most recent update, and they broke it. I couldn't change medications I take daily, I'd save it, and nothing changed. I had to repeatedly save changes to my medication schedule before it would update. And my favorite, I'd get notifications asking if I had taken meds I had already marked taken. It was incredibly confusing. Their response time to a question took over a week to get an automated response. Check out Pillo it's simple and easy to use.

I'm still new to this app but I've noticed a couple of issues. 1) I can't edit what time I took a med. If I click that I took a med through the notification, I don't even get the option to choose a time - it just assumes I took it now even though I took it 45 min ago and just forgot to log it. 2) No feature to track what time it's okay to take another dose of an as-needed med. 3) the reminders are broken if you set something to be taken for a certain period of time (like an antibiotic regimen)

Works great, especially at the beginning. The pill bottle shaking sound acts as a reminder when it's time to take your medication is unique and not obnoxious. after using it a while, I've fallen into a bad habit of silencing the alarm/reminder if I'm busy and when turn around and forget to take them. I try snoozing them when I can but sometimes hit the wrong button . Anyway, sorry to ramble, but overall a good app that's free and doesn't have ads.

Why do you hide "add a Doctor" under appointments? It should be a stand alone option like appointments. And I don't want all your extra tips, & extra health info. I'm paying for a pill reminder & not a health education. I'm seeing too many 'contact us at' in response to user questions. It only take takes 8 words to say "oops, we screwed up. We'll fix your appointments." You're adding too many whistles & bells which turns a perfectly good app into a kludge. Hardly worth an annual subscription.
