I have trouble with this app every time I use it. When I'm close to purchasing a flight, I've gotten kicked out of the app and had to start all over with the search and entry portion only to find the flight price has increased dramatically. I also booked a flight last (after being kicked out), added it to "My Bookings" and today when I went on the app to look at the flight details, my booking wasn't found - maddening!

Still horrible. To access a booking, after logging in and verification is done, a text message or email code is then needed. This additional step is ridiculous after already being verified to login. When the phone number on your account is not a Portuguese number, the text message verification code is never received. However text messages for flight alerts to non-Portuguese numbers work. There is something seriously wrong with this app. I use 5 other airline apps without a problem.

This app is useless. I tried for hours to add my flight that I booked before I installed the app. My phone number is on my booking, I kept getting the prompt to enter the code sent to my phone, which I never received 🙃. I really want to manage my flight, but I can't add it on the website nor the app. 1 month later after finally being able to add my trips. I cannot add my passport info or any other info needed to fill out form. It's NOT BEING SAVED. CAN'T CONTACT PORTUGAL # provided.

This app is only for people who can read in Portugese. So it is useless for anyone who can't. If you can read some Spanish, you might be able to get through it, but if your college Spanish is rusty like mine is, it's a pain the neck! Their marketing dept needs to revisit this. I recommend people book through an agent or on the website via laptop. UPDATE: the new App of 3/24/25 seems much better! Thank you for listening.

I know TAP doesn't care about costumer service because plenty of complaints about their app. I can never log in or make a new one. It's beyond frustrating to gain access to your account and buy a ticket, I'm about to give up and just buy it from another airline despite I'll have to pay more but at this point I don't mind, worst European airline to deal with.

Pretty terrible UI. Does not memories the flight ref. unless you create an account. You have to search it and recieve a code each time you want to consult your flight details. It does not give you terminal number, check-in desk or gate. You can't select and book you seat, or add extra luggage, or access luggage info. Nothing works... that's not helpful
