Terrible - used to be good. Cannot place a fuel order on any given day for one reason or the other - no available date, no 95 fuel is available, delivery is only available only 3 days in advance. Even when you manage to book them, the driver does not come and says 'the fuel cap was closed'. Unusable. Shame. This used to be a great company.

Horrible every time - seriously take that 3 minute detour to a station and fill up yourself, as opposed to struggling to get a guy to find your vehicle, deal with his attitude problems, and slow the roads down with their own gas-guzzling vehicles. Delete..

The worst and most expensive experience. This is joke not a service. The team came and refused to wash my car because it is... DIRTY 😂 The car just stayed outside for 2 months but not worse than that. Guys you charge 100 aed that at least 7 times more than normal parking wash and you want to deal with only clean cars. I would consider it funny if it wasn't so expensive and useless. And the driver arrived out of the schedule also.

Delivery fee is way too high. Delivery fee should be area based and not standard for all. On top of Delivery fee there service fee as well :d I think their focus is on high profile customers and not the common one.

I initially gave this service 4 stars when deliveries were free — it worked well and seemed reliable. However, after paying extra for overnight delivery, I was surprised to receive an appointment 4 days later. Unfortunately, this made the urgent delivery option feel ineffective in my case. I’ve updated my rating to reflect this recent experience. I hope the company can improve scheduling and communication going forward.

Worst service I've experienced. The app is unreliable, customer support is unresponsive, and the delivery was extremely delayed with no proper updates. If there were an option for a minus rating, I would definitely use it. Very disappointing experience – would not recommend.
