I've been having issues with placing orders, the restaurants don't receive my orders. Also the app is missing a few things. The option to set up payment in options. A favourite menu to save restaurants you like. And most importantly the ability to make preset instructions for all future orders so I can give specific delivery instructions, I won't go into too much detail but I don't want my orders being left at the door, instead I would like my orders being left at the front gate.

After giving this app another try, I cannot express my disgust. Recently my food was delivered ice cold AGAIN and after submitting a refund request, nothing has happened. There's no option to speak with someone to resolve the issue either, so I was left hungry, broke and very angry. Use DoorDash instead, they're reliable at the very least!

Quite easily the worst delivery app I have ever used. Not only is the interface terrible but the customer service is almost non-existent. If you accidentally put the wrong address, there is NO way to contact the courier to see what they may have done with the order. And good luck getting in touch with ANYONE at Menulog to escalate any issues with your orders. They don't have any numbers to call and you must use their useless chat system. I'd write more but I have run out of characters. AVOID!!!!

Placed an order for delivery which was accepted, waited an hour, called menulog to see if they were having trouble finding my address, to be told by menulog that the order was cancelled. They had already taken my money. Called the restaurant to find out why they accepted the order if could not fulfil, they said menulog accepts the orders. Contacted menulog who tried to blame the restaurant. I had to call them to find out it was cancelled, had no notification.

Don't use Menulog. They almost always either deliver the wrong order or show up super late. They don't give you a way to contact the driver. Menulog customer service is abysmal and doesn't give refunds, just vouchers, but you have to spend MORE than the voucher just to use it. I can't believe that's even legal. Do not ever use this service. Uber eats is way more reliable.

menulog is notorious for spamming notifications. There are no options to choose to exclude marketing etc. I get notifications more than 3 times daily harassing me to pay $10 for 'free' delivery. Just gonna use something else, all other competitors have options to turn off certain types of notifications. Menulog are just coming across as annoying and desperate
