I use this app on a daily basis with Microsoft Rewards. It worked great until I installed the new update. Now it seems to glitch a lot. Update: It keeps getting worse. About half the time, I can't even tell how many microsoft rewards points I have. That is due to the text and numbers getting jumbled up on the rewards page. I'm lowering my review from three stars to one. There is no excuse for this.

Can't check in because of "unusual points activity", so I miss out on a ton of points, and no explanation as to what it means or how to fix it. Also, features like Finance are very basic and not worth using, nothing like Yahoo Finance, among others, and Weather is also very basic compared to Pixel or Samsung Weather apps. None of these have been fixed after all this time.

I don't like using Bing because it has horrible search results. It's frustrating to use because it opens a duplicate tab of your search when you leave the app and come back. It also goes back to the previous page by itself without you clicking on it, so it's annoying. I only use this app because I like the Microsoft Rewards program. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone because it's by far the worst search engine I've ever used and I've used many web browsers and search engines. Don't get it!

The only incentive I had to use it was for the rewards. Now they have changed it and the amount of points you can collect daily is significantly limited. I find their promotional sweepstakes to be strange, especially as they take so long to announce winners. I tried to use bing for searches, but the search results are still not as best as Google's. Plus, every once in a while, the app doesn't load the text and images properly. I have to always uninstall and reinstall to resolve it.

This app is a dumpster fire of a browser. The top search results are littered with AI hallucinations and mis- and disinformation. The browser doesn't remember webpages. It's fine for a quick search but if I want to find a page again, I better open it in Chrome instead. I can no longer navigate to a page from an image search. When I try to copy the web address it copies the wrong one. The ONLY reason I use it is that it gives me gift cards. And the Microsoft AI is user friendly.

i'm giving this app a bad review mostly because of its microsoft rewards program. that's the only reason i ever use bing to search. it will never be my preferred search engine. the shopping section when i search something always says there are no shopping results, regardless of what i search, so that's frustrating. and as for the rewards program itself, it's very buggy, glitchy, and built in an unfair way. rules have gotten stricter so more accounts get flagged or suspended for no reason. 0/10.
