the ads are getting more and more frequent. I used to be able to play for at least five minutes with just one ad and that used to be the baseline of mild annoyance. it's a good app and I like the daily challenges and custom difficulties but the ads have been obnoxious. the last few times I've opened the app I'm stuck with "skippable" ads between every single puzzle, even if it was only a minute to solve. makes me feel like I'm playing a bottom tier money grabber.

Finally can't ignore the issues any longer! I've put up with the ads showing up despite having a subscription, for years. It wasn't too bad because reloading the game would typically fix it. However, as of today the game simply won't load. The loading screen shows for a few seconds and then the app just quits to the home screen. Canceling the subscription. Uninstalled the app. Next I'm gonna buy a zune and burn it just to show Satya how disappointed I am.

Update: Still crashing and refusing to open for no rhyme or reason. At this point I'm about to request a refund for premium. This app crashes constantly. Here lately I can't even get it to full open/load. I've tried uninstalling and still won't load fully. When it works, it's great! Exactly what you'd expect from Microsoft Solitaire right on your phone 👍🏻

The game plays great & I enjoy that it has a variety. 11/24 ads are more frequent and last over 2 min. 3/23-But my biggest problem is that there is no setting that allows you to mute the ads, which are often very loud, muting after the ad start is not the same. The ads are almost a minute long and are forcing you to interact with them. I won't go premium ever with any app but especially after reading all the complaints everyone has had!

pros: daily puzzles, multiple types of solitaire! cons: THE ADS!! They're almost insufferable. it used to be not so bad. in the past, you'd get an ad after 3 or 4 games and you could skip them. Now they pop in before EVERY game or challenge you can skip some, but most are 30 seconds to a minute and unskippable. what's worse is they added those BS ads that force you to the play store when you try to close em. I'm very close to uninstalling

Probably the best playing solitaire game I've found in a while. It's got a variety of games. The cards look okay, the UI is mostly good, the sounds are fine. I do not now, nor will I ever be willing to pay a monthly subscription for a Solitaire game. I would honestly probably be willing to stomach as much as like $10 or maybe a little more to permanently remove ads, because I think it's a good game that's well made. I won't continually pay for it forever.
