- Six scenarios: Entrance Floor, General Departments, Laundry, Baby Care Floor, Lab & Treatment Floor, Outdoor
- Entrance Floor: where the ambulance stops; a patient registers in the reception room; the emergency room is equipped with varieties of medical apparatus and instruments for diagnosis; anyone can buy a bunch of flowers in the flower shop for his or her visit to a patient.
- General Departments & General Nursing Floor: where Gastroenterology Department, Ophthalmology Department, Dental Department and general consulting rooms are located, which are equipped with more specialized diagnosis tools.
- Laundry: where cleaners are busy doing the laundry; let’s applaud for them.
- Baby Care Floor: which is equipped with necessary tools for baby care and common devices in the obstetrics and gynecology department.
- Lab & Treatment Floor: there are various tools in a real hospital, such as bandages, sickbeds, wheelchairs, etc. Mysterious ingredients are used in the lab to create capsules having among effects.
- Outdoor: don’t touch any discarded objects, for they may make you get into troubles. Please keep cautious.

Could be very fun but it's so frustrating how you have to pay for everything, There was only one floor that you didn't have to pay and not everyone wants to pay for a game they will play for like 3 days.

Nearly everything in the game is locked, which is a shame as I was looking forward to the baby care unit. Also there is only one thing unlocked which is the main hospital. Not a lot of people have money so please make more things free! Other than that, the game is ok just please make more things free! People can't get money easily and it's just not fair. Maybe for a certain amount of time, a place could be unlocked for say, 3 days, then it will be locked again.

I have the same problem as libby green, the game is almost perfect but the only thing that added the word "almost" to this sentence is because all the other places are locked, except the lobby. This is why I gave this game 2 stars. Otherwise without these problems it is a solid 5 star. And if these things r not fixed, I'll definitely delete this game. Please improve these things 🙏🏻

This game is good but the only and the biggest problem is only one part of the game or you can say one building is open and there are may other building but you need to first pay to play with them and there is no fun without the other buildings its not even like you watch a video and unlock other parts for some minutes. So there is no fun I have given it two stars because of the detailing.

I rate it a 3 stars actually it's pretty good but.......I AM shocked only 1 floor??if you don't wanna pay its a not very fun game.....but it would be a much better game if you do this,like example:you will unlock all the floors if you watch an ad but you only have 15 minutes,that would be way better than having literal only 1 floor, hope you see this and thank you.(sorry for my bad grammar I didn't really know what to say)
