UX nightmare. I've just signed up to lowi, and now I want to use the app. I can't do it as there's no option to get started on the app. There's a link that says "crear o recuperar contraseña" which would indicate 2 options, right? Well clinking on the link takes you to a page to "recuperar contraseña" but there's no way to create an account. Fix this please!!

The app and services are good and reliable. However, for those who are not fluent in Spanish, working with the app is not convenient. Adding an English language option (which is not a difficult task nowadays) can be a game-changer for user experience.

The Lowi app does not work. When you register newly and create a new password you are then prompted to enter a code sent via SMS but the code isn't recognised despite trying several times. The screen then flashes multiple times and and says error.

The app just doesn't work properly. It doesn't recognise my new password so I can't login. When I request a phone call from customer service I never get the phone call. When I request a new product or service I never get a response. The app simply does not work.

It doesn't let me change the password, tells me some details are wrong. As advised by Lowi I uninstalled the app, now I can't reinstall it. It says "waiting to download" and says that every time I try. Useless
