MIPC is a mobile real-time video surveillance software used with Cloud IP Camera. Through this client, you can view your home, shops, offices and other places at any time in real-time video and video history, also receive immediate alert to the place of abnormal information alarm, and take safety precautions at the first time.

keeps giving me a prompt to update but when i give permission for the upgrade nothing happens. This has been going on for months, during this time NONE of my alerts work. I tried contacting the companynfor assistance (as indicated) but got NOTHING. Don't waste your time on this. If you can still return the camera I would highly suggest doing so. I'm on the verge of throwing this thing out and going a more mainstream route if they dont fix this glitch.

Stopped working, just like that. Based on the previous comment I don't see the "feedback" option in the app. I tried reconfigure it but it keeps failing, says if your internet in more than 2ghz it won't work and you need to set your internet like that, which I won't do. Probably just get another camera, this has been weird for a long time

Cameras constantly fail even after upgrading the software. I purchased 3 cameras several months ago and they caused nothing but a bunch of headaches. I highly recommend you not waste your money or time on a product that's unreliable. Having that reassurance of seeing my love one at any time is important to me. Out to find a better camera!!!

The app wont let me record, it automatically kicks me out after about 1-2 seconds. Also when I try to take a snapshot it says it's saved to my album, but it is nowhere to be found. It used to save them to my actual phone gallery, but it no longer does this. Very frustrating. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck, I have the most up-to-date version of the app.

we've pretty much always had connection issues and aren't able to use any other app and that sucks! this new update has made our one camera useless. it will not connect to the wifi anymore so I'm unable to watch our baby which is really upsetting seeing as we paid around $100 for each camera. you can zoom in still but the screen is now small and can only pan left and right. I can't even complain to support because it freezes when I try to send anything!!! please fix the issues!

APP DOESN'T WORK!!! Unable to get the device added, app keeps crashing. Tells me to connect to WiFi and then says it encountered a problem and crashes. When trying to add without WiFi it doesn't let me proceed. Can't even get a response from the developer. Going to return if issue isn't addressed in the next couple of days. UGH!!!! HATE HATE HATE!!!!!!!!!!!
