You gain points for making purchases through website or app, but neither warn you that you must be physically in a store location when redeeming them. I saved up 100 points, applied them to a purchase, and it only gives so much time to get to the location or the points are completely wasted. Lost 100 points. Why not just directly apply it at the time of purchase? Reduce the price automatically instead of requiring us to then bring our phones into the location? Unethical.

Pressed "Place Order" twice and got the message that the system was over capacity and I needed to call 1112. So I went to order from another app. However, it turned out I was charged from the app twice and the restaurant actually picked up the two orders that I thought didn't go through. Just use Grab and save the trouble.

Disappointing. Ordered a Burger King, no option to delete pickles. Delivery was slow, when arrived it was cold and they had got order wrong, ordered Coke Zero, got regular Coke. Not satisfied, better to go and get it yourself. Our local Burger King is only 5 minutes away, I love the product, but this service needs improvement.

It is so frustrating that the App insists on selecting a deliver location on a map as soon as we enter the App (and there is no way to bypass it).. I already have saved addresses , then why? .. I sometimes just go in to check order status or just to check menu .. I want this insistence on this location on map be removed or some escape from that provided .. it is really bad for otherwise a good app

Would like to rate score 0 but could not do that. Never been back to this App again. If possible, I recommend to order relevant products from other services like Foodpanda, Grab, Lineman, etc. I ordered via 1112 app today but the delivery was unsuccessful. Status was not moved from Received and no one contacted me with any update. Wasted my 2 hrs waiting for this incapable service. Forever goodbye.

Some good improvements, but one key massive painpoint - PLEASE STOP ASKING FOR LOCATION ACCESS, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S NOT ACCURATE WHEN ALLOWED. I order more through other platform as prices are comparable and they are faster (looking for location takes too long and pin wrong location). Resort to 1112 when other platform goes offline. Order customisation had improved, but please stop asking for my location access when it always point to the wrong address, despite having saved home locations.
