the worst app ever..I ordered for 20 August and arrived on 9 September. I didn't have the dress for the function. when I tried calling, they will cancel the call.

I did payment twice for yellow Anarkali. But I didn't receive any dress or refund for both . kindly look into the matter and refund my money. payments made on 5th and 24th June for the same dress

Do not waste your money on this app or website. I had a bad experience. I got the used product and few of the items were missing too. There is no easy return process. The care team does not care about the email. They just ignore it. I have canceled one of my order within 24 hrs but still I haven't got my money back .it has been 2 month already. Noone response to your email either about the status.

I tried reaching them to cancel the order but there is no way to cancel the order once it confirmed. I will not recommend this app to anyone. I really get frustrated with this service. I returned all the items as per the order to the seller by spending extra Rs. 680. I never seen this much frustrating experience with other sites. I would like to know when my refund would be processed as it's already reaching more than 20days that I returned the items.
