I'm unable to sign up, I had to sign up from the browser, even after that it won't let me log in saying my credentials are wrong but logs in on the laptop. Finally after an hour of trying to sign up, I now am unable to add anything to my cart within the app, so again I went on my laptop and added all the parts to my basket. Time to checkout, the delivery address form is not working, the second I go to the next field it removes anything I typed in. An absolute disaster.

Ambitious and pleasant graphics. Really impressive looks. Still needs some coding work in terms of usability. Navigation should allow me to go to wherever I want without having to go back using arrows. Or at least it should take my back to the home screen from wherever I am. Also when browsing products I should be able to tap photo to enlarge. It didn't work for me with most wheel covers. Option to purchase as guest would be a bonus too.

App needs more work to function properly. - Doesn't keep you signed in, have to repeatedly log in. - Items disappear from the cart so if you don't buy there and then, it's gone. - Some issues when navigating through menus (i.e. the back button does work on some sub-menus so you have to start from the main menu) Only reason to use this app is the free shipping. You're better off using the website to find your parts, then when you have a list, search and buy on the app there and then.

Adding items to cart removes previous items in cart. App is useless in it's current state. Very frustrating as free shipping is only available via the app... Update: They have now fixed the issue mentioned above. Now the next issue is that it's not possible to pay with card, no matter which address or card I use it will get declined. Leaving my review at 1 star as the app now just wastes even more of your time.

Ordered rear discs for a mondeo recently and front discs in the box when I opened them and don't allow returns on the app so with no computer I'm left with the wrong discs they have no problem taking my money on the app but they don't want to give it back when they mess up Really not good enough Would you kindly let me have an email address to contact about receiving the wrong parts if your so saddened that way these problems won't have to be so public

Every time I order something, it's wrong. Spend more time waiting for parts that don't arrive even near the estimated date, then get held up with the job due to the parts being completely wrong. Uninstalling the app and sticking with my motor factors.
