The push proxy seems to have disappeared (Aug 2025), which is disappointing. But in other respects, this softphone still works well. EDIT: push proxy is now working again — I have it set to “Direct”, but I don't know what the different setting mean (“Direct” versus “Gateway”).

I can not hear anything when it comes to transferring calls. The call becomes static, and I am unable to hear what is being said on the other line, whether it be the incoming call or the line I need to transfer to. Prior to this, the app was easy to use.

The app is in general very functional and does what it is supposed to do. In the previous version 4.4.3 which was released on May 26th the UI was broken. The top and bottom toolbars were half covered. It is fixed as of version 4.4.5.

An incredibly unintuitive SIP client. Coming from CSipSimple and Zoiper, I found adding accounts extremely frustrating and complicated. With so many extra options, you would think the settings should not lack anything. Yet, I am still unable to find the "Authentication User" settings. Disappointing. Update: It must be incredibly difficult to get the app right. Toggling between different accounts will eventually lead to one of them being chosen as the main one. No way to switch to a different one after that, even when you try to delete the one set up (unless you uninstall the app and start from scratch !) The push is a hit and miss. Will only use for outbound calling.

the last update deleted every single sip setting and configuration! also no option to export settings to a config file. this is elementary to save settings. also would like a push notifications only background listener that doesn't consume much battery, thanks.

Can't switch accounts. When switch, it shows account not found! Even if I delete an account, it will still dial via that deleted account. Hope it can be fixed. Thanks
