About this app
The DMSS app can enhance your security management efficiency. You can watch real-time surveillance videos and play them back anytime, anywhere, via Wi-Fi or cellular networks. If a device alarm is triggered, DMSS will immediately push an instant notification to you.
The app supports Android 5.0 or above systems.
DMSS offers：
1. Real-time Live View：
You can view real-time surveillance videos from the added devices anytime, anywhere, to help you better monitor the safety of your home environment.
2. Video Playback：
You can quickly find the events you care about by date and event category, and playback the required historical video footage.
3. Instant Alarm Notifications：
You can subscribe to different alarm events according to your needs. When an event is triggered, you will immediately receive the message notification.
4. Device Sharing
You can share the device with family members for shared use and assign them different usage permissions.
5. Alarm Hub
You can add a variety of peripheral accessories to the alarm hub to provide warnings for potential theft, intrusion, fire, water damage, and other situations. In case of an unforeseen event, DMSS can immediately activate alarms and send out danger notifications.
6. Visual Intercom
You can add visual intercom devices to engage in video calls between the device and the DMSS, as well as perform functions like locking and unlocking.

been working just right before the recent update..now there is an unknown channel that keeps appearing before all the actual channels..its annoying since it seems useless because we can't even access this channel, tried opening and it's stuck with just loading..for me i have not yet experienced the "better experience" that the update brought, if there really is..the bad features that i encountered before are still there

Been using the app for over a year and it works great until today. A prompt comes up wanting me to read user agreement and privacy statement. I clicked the link for both and scroll to the bottom. Then go back to prompt and check the box. Nothing happens. The prompt screen will not close. I uninstalled and reinstalled but get the same results. Now I can't do anything with the app. I have an Android.

The latest update is a fantastic improvement overall but unfortunately lacks the option to rearrange the camera order. Even if you create a "Favorite" it still re-orders them regardless of name or order in which they were added. I've created a favorite, clicked on details, then clicked sort, rearranged them how I want, then click save. But unfortunately when you attempt to view your favorites, they are not in the order you saved them in.

You keep adding the device and then you start over again even if you sign up and login. It is not intuitive. I finally managed to get this up and running with a 3rd party instruction. Also, the login stored in the app did not refresh properly until restart so the device was not visible, but the message was appearing that I added that. You need to improve this app.

This is not the app to get for residential security. It is not user friendly at all. The live viewing only works if you open the particular camera you want to view which it is supposed to live view all at the same time. It doesn't matter how many times I change the remote configurations, it's still pixilated at night. I can literally watch an animal walk through my front yard in real time and nothing shows up at the same exact time on live view. I highly do not recommend!

Video playback facilities are very poor. Video timelines are hard to work with. During playback, it is difficult to synchronize the video of several cameras. On the main page, there are non-functional options such as door. It shouldn't exist for me as I don't use this option. "superlive plus" is much easier to play video. Please improve the app.
