I'm so glad I'm free of this wretched app. All it did was feed the need to be on my phone all the time. Plus the messaging app is laggy, and doesn't have a UI that adapts to system preferences. Battery lasts longer. Discord and Instagram can be used without a problem now, (they were unblocked on my device yet they were restricted somehow.) I'm going to scan my phone for remaining files related to mmguardian. I don't want anything related to this app migrating to my new phone. good riddance.

Unfortunately my subscription just auto renewed so I am likely out another wasted $34.99. The app is basically useless unless you want to be able to monitor all the texts that are sent and received. Yes even if you set a lock time limit, you can still send and receive texts. Can also access the settings and turn on and off WiFi and cellular data so trying to control any data usage isn’t possible. Any requests for tech support to resolve anything have changed absolutely nothing at all. Beyond disappointed as will you if you purchase this. Surely there has to be a better option out there and I am using it on an Android phone.

It stops working randomly, and if my kids get a text from a new friend they never receive the text, because their numbers aren't in the phone. We have to un install the app, add the number, then reinstall it. I do like it for everything it does, but it seems extremely out dated and needs to be re-vamped. And the phone lock feature would work on one phone, but not another.

I am a 14 year old boy who's mom has had this installed for over a year now. It is 95% effective for maybe a few weeks at a time, then my mom will no longer get any reports and the app blockers will not function. Additionally, it often send "inappropriate picture" reports for any photo send over texts (within periods of time.) My mom has always been a very angry person, so the false alarm reports get me in trouble regardless of if they are justified. Overall, there are better applications.

I am a child but I'm just gonna leave a 1 star review because I don't like it. First I does what it says, and does it effectively but it is sometimes to much, but it is a battery drainer and in the past it has done things like killing a pixel in the middle of the screen. Overall a decent app, and a message to the parents saying your shouldn't have anything you'd get in trouble if I saw, just because they wouldn't get in trouble doesn't necessarily mean they want to share it.

Worked great for a long time but now doesnt work at all. No matter what I attempt to block or limit, my child has free access to everything and it reports nothing to me. The parent app no longer communicates with the child's phone. And when attempting to reach child's phone can intermittently change thing on the other child's phone. Customer service response is "turn off recent apps". It's no longer reliable and has made the last few weeks a war at home and while on vacation.
