Save when buying coach tickets on the Official Alsa app! See a new way to book tickets, manage your bookings, and get information on coach schedules and the best prices for coach travel to destinations in Spain, Portugal and the rest of Europe.
Share your trip with friends or family while on our coaches, and discover incredible places, such as the Camino de Santiago through the silver route or the French route, discovering the beaches in the Basque Country, Cantabria, Asturias or Galicia.
With Alsa you can travel by coach all over Spain, from the Sagrada Familia to the Picos de Europa, stopping off first at the Alhambra and finishing off with a splash at the Bay of La Concha (San Sebastián), always at the best price!
Our app also gives you the option to buy tickets for transfers from the main airports to city centres and, if you need to rent a car with a driver or a private coach, Alsa offers this too.

There's a problem processing UK and probably non EU credit card payments. When using the app to book tickets there'll be an error with the payment, so naturally you try again. At some point they will put the failed payment through so you end up with multiple unwanted tickets. Hopefully your credit card company will understand and dispute the unauthorised payments. Criminal behaviour.

Really greatful for the bus network. Very sad though that some direct busses were discontinued. Very disappointed that connections can't be booked together. And the connection can't even wait for 2 mins. I booked 2 busses, one was supposed to arrive at x.15 and the connection to leave at x.30. The second bus just left as we pulled into the bus station! Of course my ticket was marked as 'used' - I had to wait 2 hours for the next and purchase a new ticket. No response or refund 😕

2 stars are for really bad user experience for parents. I am traveling often to Malaga. I've bought "Frequent traveler pass" but it appears I cannot use it when traveling with a baby (0-3 years old), despite the fact that ticket for baby cost 0 euros. It is frustrating to see the offer, buy it, and then realize I cannot use it, because I have baby.

I bought a ticket and went to the station and bay it said on the ticket and the bus just never came. Really negative experience.

I booked one trip, had to enter my information a couple of times, always losing all my input data. registration for also plus never worked after 7 tries I gave up. Then I tried 10 times to change my ticket, which was also impossible, wasting my time and money. Please fix your app.
