Totally unreliable!!! They might cancel your bookings in last second!! This happened to me, when I received a notification to reschedule my booking, since they could not assign a professional in due time!! I had to reschedule my booking. Since I had to reschedule it or I will lose my money, I did reschedule it for 12 PM the following day .. 15 minutes before the new appointment, I was just checking the application, and I found out that they had rescheduled my appointment 1 hour later, ONCE AGAIN

The professional they send are cheap and untrained. They don't know how to talk. I wonder if the poor girls get paid properly. My cleaning subscription was renewed without my consent, and money has been deducted from my account. The app is deliberately designed to make it impossible for customers to cancel subscriptions. It forces users into a chat that provides no real support—after waiting for over 15 minutes, the only response I received was “please wait while we check your details.”

The handyman didn't show up, didn't call, didn't reply to the phone number provided in the app and There's absolutely NO WAY to contact just life support, they try to divert you to a chat but that also doesn't work, worst experience I had with an app!i don't recommend it at all, especially handyman service

worst app! customer service is so hard to connect with and they change your service provider without notification! stay away from this very bad app. use others, at least you can connect with their customer service.

They sell credit packages that they then don't actually let you use. I now have over 600 dirhams of credit that I can't use on any of the services i'd like to book. Instead they automatically split the available credit between small amounts and make it only available on services you don't require. Not very fair updated after reply. You didn't attempt to contact me at all and I'm still unable to use the credit I bought on the services I bought it for.

the worse app, the worse service i ever had in uae it's like it's designed to drive you crazy I had an appointment at 1 pm, no one showed up, called, or even texted The professional number out of service The message in the professional page doesn't work And i can't get help from anywhere inside the app and they stopped supporting customer service via email, so you are on your own This the most terrible and unpleasant experience i ever had!!
