This app is rife with bugs. Login bugs, bugs where a mix of languages display (you can do your search in English, but your results will be Spanish). Connection errors, you name it. It's also poorly designed; dates aren't clearly stated when moving between days so it's easy to lose track of what you're looking at, the app is missing a lot of information about the flights themselves, and changing routes requires restarting the entire search again (even though this is a common interaction).

The worse app! I bought Lifemiles points to redeem for future travel. Unfortunately, I'm not able to book a flight at the lifemiles website due to continued page errors (since March '23). I called Avianca and they told me that the lifemiles website is working fine on their end and it's a problem with my devices. Ironically, the Avianca website works well on all my devices and my lifemiles points are just getting old without me being able to use or redeem them.

worst app ever, nothing works, there is no a menu, you have jump from an option to another hitting one button. you can not see your status clearly, and there you lose your session when you go to the buy ticket option, you have to login again several times until it randomly works!!!! the previous app was a lot better, this one sucks.

Terrible app showing complete disregard for their customers. Constantly freezes, nearly impossible to access the redemption or miles purchase pages. If you're lucky enough to get a human on website chat, it's pretty a much a FarQ attitude, every issue is your fault. If I didn't have so many miles to redeem I would never use again.

One of the most useless apps I have ever had! All functionality focussed on sales, nothing in the interest of the customer. I cannot find hardly any information I want. First thing should be easy access to my account, all accumulated miles by date and flight, separated for premium and status, and redeems. Next, everything rgd. Elite status, with required miles and all accumulated flights. Third, option to claim unaccounted miles. Forth, EASY access to all earning conditions, by partner!

Terrible experience so far... Not sure if because it's my first time on the app, shows an non-stop error while logging in. When you are on the account, profile, points and añike doesn't appear. Brassically a useless app on my phone. Work quickly on an update for this. It's basically broken this app for poco x 4 right now.
