Whether you want to scan your app to earn free Greggs, grab and go with our Click + Collect service or just browse our menu – we’ve got you covered.

How does it work?
Easy, just download the app for FREE to get in on the action. In your app you’ll get 6 different stamp cards, one for each product category - from sandwiches to sweet treats. Each time you buy a product in a shop or through Click + Collect, you get a stamp. Collect 9 stamps in a category, and the 10th item you choose in that category will be on us.
If that wasn’t enough to make you smile, as a thank you, you’ll get a free welcome drink just for downloading and registering on the app. And we’ll send you tasty treats and little surprises, like a free sweet treat on your birthday. Because you know, we’re nice like that 😊

First time doing collection and half my order was missing. Went back to ask why. They said my items weren't in stock (nice of them not to let me know when I collected it!) and I could have something else (I didn't want something else). So the app lets you pay for things you can't actually have. What an innovation. No refund offered. Also the hot drink was cold because they clearly made it half an hour before my time slot. Mince pies were very good though.

Great app, easy to use, no problems so far except from myself selecting another branch than the one I went to. Even then the staff were going to make my order there but I said no as otherwise the other order would have been chucked away, wasteful and it was my fault. Plus the other branch was only a mile away. Staff are always friendly and polite too

Really well-designed interface, looks great, love the way you collect rewards for each type of thing (hot drink, breakfast item, etc). Probably the best rewards app I've used, not only because of the offers, but because of the way the app has been designed and built. It's just a good end to end user experience.

It works fine as a rewards app however haven't had a good experience with Click & Collect. First time, the local store wasn't on the app. Second time when I tried to order it just said "Oh crumbs order couldn't be completed" with no real explanation of what the issue was.

I am literally going round in circles on this app. it asks me to enter the code texted to me then when I go to my messages to get the code it throws me out. then when I manage to get back in to put the 6 digit number in it tells me it must be a 6 digit number (which it is!!). eventually it tells me I've had too many attempts and I have to wait. I've given up

Great food, great prices. cheapest coffee around by a mile, and nice coffee too. Fantastic customer services when you call in to there centre. All round brilliant, just wish we had more of their premises around. If I could give you more than 5 stars I would.
