It was a wonderful app at first. But then, they started to care less about their customers. They used to immediately turn back and answer your questions via email. But recently, it takes them almost weeks to properly give us an answer. Me, my brother and my mother are very mistreated. They never gave back my mother's money and they decided to close my brother's account for no proper reason. Please do something about it, I've been trying to reach the customer service for 2 months now.

This was the worst banking app I've ever used, period. The app itself is such a buggy mess and doesn't work half the time is one of the worst parts about it. I literally had to spend 2 hours to figure out what was happening since the app crashed while just receiving a 3D Secure code. Also, my express shipping got delayed for a day for the same reason. I'll be switching to a proper banking app as soon as possible from this garbage they call a banking app.
