If you're a foreigner who does not know how to read Vietnamese, borrow another phone and use the camera on the Google Translate app as there are no language options on this app. Trying to register your shot on their web portal? While they have an English language option there, you'll be greeted by an "Internal Server Error" when you try to submit your data. If you got by the three-month lockdown, chances are you've developed enough patience to work with this app. Good luck!

I actually downloaded, signed-up and updated all needed information. After all, when login to check the info, it couldn't work even tried to sign out. It always shows "loading" status. Reinstall several times, but still the same. Family member function only can be added if their number has not been registered yet. After adding the available number, your member/relatives can not create their own user. So what does it mean for this function? Totally not recommending this app, honestly.

Stupid app, never seen any app with mostly 1 star rating like this. Wish there is option for zero then it's perfect. I've tried to add my family member it's always saying that my wife's phone number already registered, yes of course, I know that. I've just wanted to add her, not trying to registered for her as if she hasn't registered yet then how I could add her in mine? Stupid!

There are too many bugsss.... Wrong data, wrong validation, .... 1. the phone number field is required, sometimes it is empty, BUT it is disabled/grayout -> can NOT fill/edit anyway. 2. I signed up for a female account, and now I'm a male (can't change to female, it says "nothing changes" when I try to change from male to female. Ok fine... 🤧

Sorry to say that this is a really stupid and useless app. I could not register because of a stupid reason that my full name already existed in the system, I had to put my year of birth to the end of my full name to be able to register. Ohhh, they use full name to identify users, I wonder? Logged in to the app, it does not allow me to update my profile at all. What annoys me the most is that I could not register for Covid-19 vaccine, and the app said that the operation is not allowed! Really disappointed!

There is a few issues with this app. 1. Registration (read: OTA) was once sucks. The system is much better now, probably fixed. +1★ 2. Somebody (stranger) registered under my phone number and thus PREVENT me from sign-up for vaccination. (workaround: sign-up via the portal). Also there is no way to remove their registration profile out of my schedule. -3★ 3. As stated above, there're supposedly OTA confirmation at the end so how could they do it without my knowledge? 🤔
