The apps is fine I was unable to register at first and the message showing my phone number is unknown. Trying to find moph line and added. We can see all our details there and guess what my number in their is wrong as missing one digit. I updated the number and finally I can log in now. If you are unable to register, it might be the reason why.

I couldn't sign up for months. I can't use my passport no. because it won't accept letters. The 13 digit code on my vaccine sheet wasn't recognised and when finally it was, I couldn't get in because my phone no. wasn't recognised. Finally I found a workaround by signing up in Line app and entering my phone no. there. Now the app recognises it and I can log in. The UI isn't great. Needs options for printing or downloading the info.

I tried accessing this app a few days ago (having used it successfully in the past) - only to see the message "Downloading data ..." The message stayed for 10 minutes. I tried again the next day, and then yesterday, same problem. I thought maybe the app on my phone had been corrupted. Went to download it again, but got a message to the effect that the app is not supported on my device - an Oppo A37 which I purchased 4.5 years ago. Very very disappointed. Do I have to buy a new phone?

It's worked fine for me so far. I was vaccinated at Phayathai 2 and used the 13 digit number to register. It worked perfectly. I got my booster and it was updated in two days. My only issue is that there are three mistakes on my information, soon to be four, and need to get at least two of those corrected at some point but have no idea how to do that.

Poor experience Great concept and once inside the app, the general layout and information seem very good. Problem is getting into the app. First having to enter ID number every time. Why? Then entering password - screen stuck, error messages, etc, nearly every time. Using just QR code on my hospital paper certificate works and so easy. QR code copy in wallet.

Waste of time. Doesn't work. I even went to the place where I got my vaccine, and the guy who works there didn't know what is the issue with the app and how to set it up. He eventually gave up after 10 minutes of trying, and printed me my vaccine form on paper. My phone is good, my id is good. but I cant log in, I cant register..its broken.
