It barely works and always shows the same stupid message — “Our team is diligently working to ensure a smoother and enhanced experience for you.” If you’re working so hard, maybe fix the app instead of spamming me with pointless notifications! i have shared the video as requested by your team, I don't want any more calls or communication. Fix your issue at your end so don't trouble customers by calls.

I have been using Man Matters hair product for the past 5 months, but unfortunately, I haven’t seen any noticeable improvement in my hair growth or reduction in hair fall. I followed all the instructions carefully and used it regularly, but there were no visible results. The product did not meet my expectations, and I’m quite disappointed

I had been using man matters minoxidil for 3 years and I had good results. The product quality delivered in month of August was really poor. They have changed the formulation and it causes a lot of itching after application. Even the quality of the container is poor and it breaks easily after a small fall. It would be nice if they used the money on product development and customer feedback instead of cheap marketing and PR stunts. The previous formulation was exceptional and it was really good.

I am honestly not happy with my last two months orders and I think I should end the treatment. last month I received a damaged product which was never replaced and now my order is not being delivered at all. And the irony is that the interface does not let me contact the support and I am being provided with robotis response. Just appalling.

worst app, horrible experience i paid 99 as consultation fees (hair fall related)as it was something like i can consult to doctor as much as i want. but the doctor called me and just told me that I'm not audible and cut the call and the session was ended. man matters customer care is not responding to my calls or responses . worst application.
