The gestures have been really helpful on past Motorola phones, and some of the newer ones (such as taking screenshots) are neat. However, the Quick Capture function has been erased, and you can no longer shake to open your camera. This was one of the reasons I purchased Moto phones in the past. Don't be fooled by the screenshots in the app store...there is no quick capture function available as of this review. Hopefully they can add it back in.

flashlight & camera gestures work perfectly on my g stylus 2025, but the quick launch/ back tap feature rarely works.. I dunno why there is a strength selection when you can only have one strength available at once, I would remove the levels entirely.. it is superior to apples implementation in that apples is overly sensitive and cannot be used while the phone is off.. which is the only time I would be using it.. also please allow more actions to be bound to the both volume keys pressed at once

I LOVE everything about this! But I think the night display is not customizable enough. I alwas have it on max, but when I turn it off, I don't really see a difference. Other phones go from white to yellow some even to orange, red or blue. This just goes from white to a little bit yellowish. And because it's not really effective I had to install a blue light filter. But sadly it can't apply the filter on the notification bar and lock screen. Please fix this. Then I will give 5 stars.

I find the flashlight feature useful occasionally, but the face down to enter do not disturb is just plain stupid. I've never met anyone whom this little known "feature" hasn't caused them to miss important phone calls, and they have no idea why, and only much later do they find out the cause and disable it (only to have updates reenable it). I know 2 people who were fired for failing to respond to calls from work because of this. Default this to being off, please.

I am a bit confused as to why I am seeing comments about recent updates with this app but yet my play store and device show my last update was in 2021. I am also seeing many people claiming hackers are using an overwhelming number of of different apps on play store. Apps that are still receiving updates, as well as apps that are no longer being updated. Yet, no one seems to be doing anything about it. And the app developers are completely silent. Seems we may never have anymore privacy.

I've had Motorola phones and loved the Moto Actions, but I'll never buy another Motorola again after owning a PIXEL.... I might suggest that Motorola could open this app for other users and consider selling this app as an option to recoup costs of loss... Even if it were $5, I believe alot of us might purchase the app, even if the do have the low end market cornered, they won't forever. Consider changing with the times moto, even Sega produces games on Nintendo consoles these days.
