After the new update, it keeps stopping so I can't switch between apps that are currently open, I can't close them either so I have like 10 apps open at the same time, side bar feature doesn't work either, despite the fact that the instructions came with the phone, overall everytime you guys make an "update", actually make it worse, Motorola is seriously pushing away their customers and support doesn't even care to read the feedback or help whatsoever

Why did you get rid of peek display? Instead of the simple, intuitive UI that the lock screen used to have, I'm now constantly tapping, which is annoying. And why does my phone keep pointing at my fingerprint reader? It's MY phone, I know where to touch to unlock it. This was not an upgrade. Please don't break the other gesture controls next.

After the latest system update, WhatsApp and Messenger calls disconnect when a normal call comes in, instead of going on hold like before. This is very frustrating, especially during important calls. Additionally, call audio quality has deteriorated—sometimes I can’t hear the other person or they can’t hear me at all, and I now need headphones for clear sound. Please fix these issues urgently.

Every time I end a call, the phone locks.if I take too long to think of an. answer to what I'm doing just anything it locks I am really disappointed. Also you keep adding apps that I have not asked for. You also have so many system apps you. take up half the room on the phone. If I had enough money I would change back to Samsung. please tell me how to stop it from locking

Motorola the system software has a bug, because of this I am not receiving any notifications from any of the apps. Only if open the app, i get to see the messages, mails or any messages. Because of this I missed a meeting twice as the device failed to deliver the notification from Outlook mail box. Requesting you to kindly rectify this issue asap, as it is causing a lot of inconvenience.

This app is really bad just like most of their products. I have sent feed back for over a year on about 7 different models and phones. They all do great in the HONEYMOON stage. Then the phones start to have so many issues, factory resets are short lived. The phone returns to trash after a couple weeks. I have reset my phone dphone due to this app and other software they release.
