Not sure if it's a location specific issue but I often don't get cabs even though I book in advance. Conversely, I once had a cab assigned 15 mins before the pickup time. Usually, it should be assigned an hour in advance. I had changed my plans because I assumed I didn't get a cab assigned, only to realise too late that a cab was assigned.

The app frequently crashes or hangs while booking cabs, which makes it really frustrating, especially when I’m in a hurry. The GPS tracking is unreliable—it often shows the driver in the wrong location, causing unnecessary delays. Notifications are delayed or sometimes don’t come at all, so I end up missing important updates about my ride.

I have been using this app for years and was getting a feedback rate option till 2024 without any issues. I don't know what developers did, but from a few months I am not getting feedback notifications. My mobile and app notifications are on, to get the notification or option of rating, I have to clear cache and re-login. I hope the team can look into this.

I was using the app without any hassle, but from yesterday the app will log me off every now and then. Now I am unable to track the vehicle or call the cab driver. This is very annoying and when trying to login OTP comes after 15 minutes and those are expired and cannot login back. It is taking ages now. It seems the app is tired now.

I had a very bad experience today. The timing for my schedule was changed without any prior information. As a result, I was marked as a “no show” even though I had reached the location and my cab had arrived. The timing has been the same for the last 30 days, but today they suddenly said it was changed. When I contacted the admin and helpdesk teams, they were unhelpful and spoke rudely. Additionally, the cab service often arrives very late, causing further inconvenience. ---

office Cab driver always saying they are not able to contact me via app. when they call me it says my number busy. I am receiving any missed call and I didn't block any number. My app is always up to date still facing the same issue allready reached to my company transport. still the same issue. it's difficult to coordinate with driver during pickup and drop off.
