I can't register. Is there a specific time for request to pass? Post it, it's annoying and frustrating to get a stupid message that says "try again later"... I'll try another card, tho. Tried 6 times without success, deleting app its slow and it sucks, I can tell how the service itself is going to be.

I haven't been able to log in as I had to change my phone number, and when I try to follo the steps to change it, the links don't work and I am stuck with failed notifications. It is very important to be able to open to login the account again!

I wanted to cancel my account because customer service didn't help me to solve a problem. They sent me a message with a link for cancellation which didn't work. I told them about the problem and they never got back to me. They are just keeping my data though I asked to erase it. Really bad experience.

Available to be used outside colombia. Works perfectly in europe. Be careful to have your Colombian number in use every single time you put money on the card otherwise it will not come up and never but never throw your Colombian sim you have registered with the card while your stay out of colombia. Definitely useful. Just delighted by this service.

I have a problem with the app in some devices, i have an old huawei y5 ll and the app work's perfectly fine in that device, but wen i try to use the app on another device the application don't allow me to press the "verify" button to sing in, that happened on an alcatel u5HD and on an huawei y9 prime 2019

The reason I'm only giving 1 star is because I can't even register. Whenever I select my type of document it will just loop between "One moment!" And "we need camera permission". Please fix this.
