Good app. The only inconvenience I have is that I can no longer track the driver and just have to wait outside until the driver arrives. I feel the app needs an update in order to fix this. When I select items on pick n pay, the app puts different items in my cart. If I go to the description of items, it also displays descriptions of items that I didn't select instead of the ones I am trying to view.

The app itself is very clear and easy to navigate and there's usually something new and fresh to see. Promos and coupons are always good!! However, I understand the risks and such in doing so but it would help so much if there was an option to pay cash on delivery. It gives you the option of COD but then won't allow me to do this. This is very frustrating and creates loss of businrss. I'm having this issue with most of the delivery apps....

Very convenient app. But it is ridiculously expensive. if a burger is R30, on the app, it's R60, and on top of that, there is another R20 delivery. Food prices on the app are literally double the price compared to the restaurant. Food also takes so long to get to you. It is cold by the time you eat it. I would rather drive out and buy food than order on the app.

I've been using the Mr D App for a while now and it's honestly one of the easiest and most reliable food delivery apps. The interface is super user-friendly, deliveries are quick, and I love how smooth the ordering process is. Never had any major issues, everything from payment to tracking works perfectly. Definitely my go to for takeout.

the app is fantastic and not too complicated to navigate. It features many of our local stores in the area, which makes it very convenient. but I must comment on the "Track driver" feature as it's inconsistent with the actual location of the driver. On the app, it'll display that the driver is still far away, whistl in reality, could be at your doorstep or at the gate. I do appreciate the speed, but this can be an inconvenience for the driver, for they will have to wait a longer periods.

I recently discovered that you guys double charged me for a pick n pay order, and customer service is extremely dismissive. I confirmed with my bank and they cannot reverse the transaction as the money has gone through. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed and frustrated. Won't be using this app again.
